Ingredients
- 1 bunch of collard greens
- 1 carrot
- 1/8 c. olive oil
- 1/8 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 cloves of garlic
Directions
- Cut the collard greens into small pieces.
- Shred the carrot.
- Wisk/Mix together oil, vinegar, salt, and garlic.
- Combine and let sit for at least 3 hours.
- Eat. ;) ( or if your like me I was eating it before I even let it set)
The salad dressing is tangy and the carrots added a nice sweetness to balance the dressing.
It's a keeper of a recipe.
